{Recipe} Strawberry Pineapple Protein Shake (Raw, Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free)

_20150422_150112Smoothies save my life several times a day. I once broke the top of the VitaMix‘s carafe, and had to send it to the company to get a new one. Well, I wrote to them a week later and said there was no way I could be without my blender for even a day.

So what did they do? They told me to keep the broken carafe, and sent me a new one. How awesome is that? I love my¬†VitaMix (if you can’t afford a full price one, there are lots of refurbished ones you can get at a reduced price. I get refurbished appliances all the time).

Strawberry Pineapple Protein Shake

Yield: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • - 1 cup pineapple
  • - 2 bananas
  • - 1-2 cups water
  • - 2-4 T hemp seeds
  • - 1 T honey if needed

Instructions

  1. Blend and enjoy!
