This is one of my all-time favorite smoothies from my Amazon best-seller Smooth! Green Smoothies, Protein Shakes, Water Kefirs, & Delicious Drinks For The Smoothie Connoisseur. It blends up creamy and smooth, with a little tang from the orange juice, sweetness from the berries, and a rainbow on nutrients that will leave you totally satisfied.
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup cherries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 3 cups leafy greens, such as spinach
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour into 2-16 oz glass and enjoy.
