{Recipe} Homemade Ginger Lemonade {Raw, Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free}

I have to be honest here, I’m not a big fan of drinking plain water. But give me teas, infusions, kombuchas, and lemonade, and I’ll drink gallons. This is one of my go to recipes in the summer. You can make a lot and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days… If you don’t drink the whole thing in one afternoon! This recipe is from my Amazon best-seller Smooth! Green Smoothies, Protein Shakes, Bubble Drinks, Water Kefirs, and Other Irresistible Drinks for the Smoothie Connoisseur.

Gingerade (Homemade Ginger Lemonade)

Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon ginger pulp (grate ginger root through a microplane grater)
2 tablespoon of your favorite sweetener
2 cups ice
2 cups water
3 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions
Blend everything until frothy, then serve in 2-16 oz glasses.
