Goji, Strawberry and Tropical SunWarrior Protein Shake Recipes

If you’re trying to eat a high protein moderate/low carb diet, but are on a vegetarian diet, protein shakes are an awesome way to bump up your protein intake without adding a lot of sugar or grains. One of my best allies is the mighty raw vegan protein shake. The protein takes the edge off the sugar from the fruits, and these shakes are filling but easy to digest.

Here are 3 recipes I enjoy.

SunWarrior Goji Shake

Goji SW Shake

– 1/2 cup Dragon Herbs Heaven Mountain Goji Berries, soaked in 1 cup water until soft (these are the BEST gojis, soft, not hard!)
– 2 bananas
– Fresh orange juice, about 1 cup
– 2 scoops Sun Warrior Vanilla, either Sunwarrior Classic Rice Protein or Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Protein
– Ice if needed

Blend all, adding enough orange juice to reach your desired consistency and sweetness. Serve 2.

Strawberry SunWarrior Protein Shake

Blend and serve 1 or 2.

Pineapple Mango SunWarrior Shake

Peach Pineapple SW Shake

– 2 bananas
